The Peak Performance Golf Assessment is a comprehensive session designed for golfers aiming to enhance their game, prevent injuries, and maintain peak performance. This package includes a detailed body and performance evaluation, followed by a specialized golf recovery massage. The evaluation, conducted by experienced physiotherapists or osteopaths, focuses on postural alignment, mobility, flexibility, strength, and stability.
