We hope you have been enjoying your golfing sessions with us thus far. As we approach the wet weather season in Singapore, we would like to gently remind you about our Rain Check Policy in place.

We are pleased to inform you that on Tuesday, July 19, we are launching an upgraded version of our Members online portal where you will be able to: 1. Create a golf booking 2. View the summary of your bookings 3. Download membership administration forms 4. View your account statements 5. Adjust your account settings We will also be amending the opening time for tee time bookings each day to 09:00. Please see below for a summary of the amendments and upgrades in each area.

As many of you know, the Club will be hosting the 42nd Queen Sirikit Cup from May 23 – 27. This historical event pits the region’s best female amateur golfers together in a team competition, with representation from 13 different countries. We are honoured and excited to be hosting the first edition of this event since the Covid-19 outbreak more than 2 years ago. Following this, the Club will also be hosting the LLD International Amateur event from May 30 to June 1 on the Masters Course. As expected, our tee time availabilities will be affected when hosting major events such as these. At the same time, with the relaxing of COVID-19 safety measures, the Club will continue to transition back to pre-COVID-19 set-up and practices with noticeable adjustments to take effect from Sunday, May 22, 2022.

With the recent changes to COVID-19 related safe management measures and the relaxation of movement controls within the Club facilities, we are pleased to roll out amended procedures that will reduce the impact on golfers affected by lightning warnings. Starting with booking dates from April 4 onwards, please take note of the following changes to the lightning warning procedures.

As we constantly work on introducing new activities and programmes at Laguna National Golf Resort Club for you and all our Members, we are pleased to offer this special package to encourage families to spend time golfing together.

Dear Members, Kindly be informed that our Golf Course Maintenance Department will be performing Hollow Tine Core Aeration on our greens, which will result in the golf course being closed for play on the following dates: Classic Course February 28 & March 01, 2022 (Mon & Tue)

As part of our continued pursuit to provide first-class facilities and services to our Members, we are pleased to share with you our revised our operating hours at Laguna Practice. Most notably, we will be operating on Tuesday from 15:00 to 23:00. Closing hours will be extended to 23:00 for weekdays and 22:00 on weekends.

Cancellation and “No Show” Update Cancellations fees: Weekday - $60/player and Weekend/PH - $120/player No-show fees: Weekday - $200/player and Weekend/PH - $300/player

A Proficiency Certificate (PC) is a basic qualification that is awarded to novice golfers to confirm that they have the necessary basic skills and understanding of golf etiquette and rules to be able to play on the course in an orderly and safe manner. In order to obtain a golf handicap, golfers must complete the following 4-steps to achieve certification. In this guide, you will learn what is needed to achieve certification to play on our course.

Dear Members, With effect from February 1, 2022, please note that payments to membership accounts will no longer be accepted via credit card at The Shop counter. If you wish to use a credit card at the Club, you may make payment at the point of sale at the time of the transaction. You may still make payments to your account by credit card through AXS or through other alternative payment methods.

Dear Members Concerning the recent announcement of the increase in buggy fees, we sincerely thank those who have taken the time to write to us expressing your concerns. While the noticeable change in fees has been applied to our Buggy Fees, this fee is to offset rising costs for much more than just buggies. Please allow us to take this opportunity to elaborate further on why the Club needed to make this difficult decision after much deliberation.

Dear Members, The Multi-Ministry Task Force has recently provided updates to the safe distancing measures following the nation’s return to the Transition Phase of becoming a COVID-19 resilient nation. Dear Members We would like to take this opportunity to provide you with a few important reminders and updates. - Safe Management Measures - 9-hole Walking Play - Membership Cards - Course Conduct and Dangerous Play

As many of you are aware, we experienced a system issue on Thursday of last week. While we did get our system up and running on Friday, there were issues with the online booking system, which caused irregularities in the visibility of tee times for some members.

Our first week moving into 2021 has been met with some challenges from above. Many of you are aware that the course was closed for 2 days due to flooding from heavy rains. While we have managed to re-open and the courses have recovered quickly, there remains a fair amount to clean up and rectify.

We hope you are all doing well and have had a chance to come out to the newly opened member facilities, restaurants and Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore. This past week, our recreation activities began and will continue to ramp up over the holiday season. As we continue to forge on with the re-opening of our property, we have updates on golfing matters.

Dear Members, We are pleased to announce that we will be having the soft launch opening of our new golf clubhouse on Tuesday, October 20th!

Dear Members, As we continue our efforts to have more efficient tee time bookings, we have been monitoring the booking results and the behaviour of Members bookings within our current regulations.

Having re-opened our doors on June 19, we are now almost 1 month into this new era of operation with enhanced measures for safety in the times of COVID-19.

Dear Members, We would like to take this opportunity to update you on the progress we have been making with the online booking system. Those of you that have been making online bookings will know that there have been issues with the system and we are working diligently with our provider and consultant to rectify the situation.

As Friday, July 10 has been declared a Public Holiday, we wish to take this opportunity to remind Members that it will be subjected to Holiday/Weekend procedures. Weekend rates will apply for any guests playing and weekend/holiday cancellation rates will apply to any no-shows or cancellations less than 72hrs in advance. Please be reminded to update names of all golfers at least 72 hours in advance.
