Practicing yoga with your child is a fun way to spend quality bonding time with your child. No phone or distraction, it is just you and your child, strengthening your bond and your bodies, whilst supporting each other! It is a great opportunity to learn from each other.
Yoga improves strength, stamina and flexibility. It develops balance, and enhances concentration, mindfulness and confidence. In addition, Family Yoga opens up communication, helps manage emotions and promotes strong connections between family members.
The class includes breathing exercices, many solo and partner poses, and relaxation.
